What's your return policy?

You may return a product for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the order shipment date with authorization. (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email and located on the packing slip enclosed with your order). Please call or e-mail us for authorization if you want to return an item.

If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, simply call or e-mail us to arrange for the return of the item. We will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are (a) received back in their original packaging along with all accessories, etc., where applicable, (b) your purchase is in "as-new" condition, and (c) the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise. Some products may be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Please ask if you are unsure. Can you ship to P.O. boxes?

This depends. For smaller items we normally ship via USPS who will ship to a P.O. box, but for larger items we use UPS, who will not ship to PO boxes. If you have any questions or concerns call or e-mail us anytime and we can make arrangements fitting to your needs. Back to Top

What is your shipping protocol?

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If the items you ordered are in stock, your order will normally be shipped within 2 to 3 days of when you placed your order. If there is a major delay, we will let you know. If any items are backordered, we will contact you to work out shipping arrangements. All shipping transit times are business days, not calendar days. How much is shipping?

It depends on what you are ordering, how much you are ordering, and to where it is being shipped. You can determine the cost of shipping your order by creating a shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. You will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping amount. Is ordering on your site secure?

Absolutely! We take security very seriously, and we do whatever we can to protect our customers' sensitive data. Credit card information for web orders is protected in the following ways:

•  128-bit encryption to and from the servers and web browser.

•  Credit card numbers are not stored in our database. We keep on file only the last 5 digits in cases where we need to verify the card that was used.

•  Once the information is transmitted to our servers for processing, we use even stronger encryption in the backend to transmit the request to our payment processor to verify the credit card and place an authorization for the order total.

•  No credit card information will be printed on the packing slip for additional security. Back to Top

What's your cancellation policy?

Most orders are shipped the next day, so it is unlikely that we will be able to cancel your order prior to shipment. If you want to cancel your order, please call 1-813-258-5004 or e-mail sales@wildorchidshop.com and we will try to accommodate the cancellation. What are your accepted payment methods?

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Money Orders. For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct to avoid delays in order processing. *Your billing address is the address to where your credit card statement is sent. Incorrect information may cause a delay or error in the processing of your payment and order.

You may also make payment by certified check or money order in U.S. currency only. Just place items in your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, fill out your billing/shipping information and mark "money order" as your payment. Will you give or sell my account information to other companies?

No. After 45 days all transaction and personal information is deleted from our system unless you sign up for our e-mail or snail mail list.
